What is Inbound Marketing?

Inbound marketing follows the approach that the customer finds a company or offer on his own and already has an interest in the product or service. In this way, it differs significantly from classic outbound marketing, which contacts the customer in order to actively present him with an offer.

Customer acquisition in the age of digitalization has to be learned. Many companies still place ads and try to reach customers in the traditional way. One solution could be so-called inbound marketing. Inbound marketing provides for the creation of interesting content. With such a content marketing approach, relevant content is brought into focus.

With a well thought-out inbound marketing strategy, you gain visibility and aim to be found by customers. The rich content steers customers to your company and serves them with the products they are looking for. If the advertising appears in the right place at the right time, the customer does not perceive the content as annoying, but rather as useful.
