# Pedalix > Pedalix is the custom software and AI transformation company in Zurich. > Buyers: founders, CEOs and boards. The executive offer is the **AI Strategy > Lab**: leadership transformation, not agent management — in one day, from > diverging assessments to three robust AI bets, three deliberate stops and a > 90-day plan with owners and metrics. Around it: service packages and > workshops for product and GTM teams — decision lab first (diagnosis, > decision, plan), then execution track (delivery on the real system, with > handover). Pedalix is an operator studio, not a consultancy: the founders have built, scaled and sold software companies themselves. They do the work, build the system and hand it over: no dependency, no lock-in retainer. Engagements are led by Marc Gasser and Valentin Binnendijk; technical delivery is led by Ivan Adutskevich as lead engineer. Clients are software companies (roughly 20 to 500 people), mostly in Switzerland and the EU. The site is bilingual: self-canonical German (`de-CH`) and English (`en-GB`) pages. German is the default locale and the `x-default` target. No prices are published; the pricing model is a fixed price set in a 30-minute scoping call and confirmed in writing. "Get Multiplayer" means: Humans set goals, decide and approve. Agents prepare and do the repeatable work. Deliverables: AI reality snapshot, AI portfolio, AI decision pack (three bets, three stops or waits, owners, metrics, 90-day milestone), governance map, executive context workspace. Optional 90-day operating system with three executive reviews. 2. **Packages for product and GTM**: a two-day product decision lab on the real backlog followed by a six-week shipping sprint, or a two-day GTM system lab followed by 100 days of delivery along the 12-lever framework of the AI GTM Lab (gtm.science), installed by Pedalix. First result five working days after the complete intake. 3. **Workshops** (leadership, product, GTM, engineering): one to two days on the real material — board, backlog, CRM or repo.
