Is this a technology workshop?
No. Technical depth comes in exactly where it changes the decision. The day is built for people who decide on AI budgets without building software themselves.
We already have an AI strategy. Is this still useful?
Then the reality snapshot is the interesting part: it shows whether the organisation stands where the strategy assumes it does. That gap is precisely where most AI initiatives fail.
What if we can't agree on the decision day?
Then we record the dissent instead of smoothing it over: with the question that resolves it and the date by which you answer it. A documented open point beats a fake resolution.
Who is in the room?
Marc Gasser and Valentin Binnendijk, personally, from the first question to the decision. No junior with a slide deck, no partner who disappears after kickoff. When technical delivery follows, Ivan Adutskevich leads it as lead engineer.
What does the lab cost?
