Every workshop has about ten working days of lead time with intake and document synthesis, so the day starts with decisions rather than introductions. The first result is with your team five working days after the complete intake.

Does the team need prior knowledge?
For the AI Strategy Lab: no, no prior AI knowledge required. For the product and engineering workshops, product and engineering experience is enough — no AI experience needed.
Does our code have to leave the building?
No. Code access is optional and only if you approve it. Sovereignty is built in: Swiss and EU hosting, your data stays in-house.
What does a workshop cost?
The scope is on this page. We fix the price in a 30-minute scoping call and confirm it in writing. We do not publish prices on the website.
What happens after the workshop?
You decide. A reasoned wait or stop is a valid outcome. When the evidence holds, the workshop becomes a package: a 90-day leadership operating system, a six-week product sprint or a 100-day GTM transformation.
